Laura Linney

Laura Linney (born February 5 1964 New York New York U.S.) American actress best well-known for her powerful but fragile character. Linney was born into the theatre of her family, with her father, Romulus Linney writing plays. She earned a degree in Arts Theatre School, Moscow in the year 1986. Later she completed a M.F.A. at Juilliard School. in New York City in 1990. She immediately began performing in shows on Broadway before receiving acclaim for her performance as Hedda Gabler in Six Degrees of Separation and Hedda Gabler.
