Andressa Urach

Andressa started her romance with Tiago when she was 15; they were both at high school. In three months they were married. Arthur Urach Costa (born May 19 in 2005) was their only child. Following marital disagreements and divorce, they separated in 2008, after more than six years as a couple. Andressa moved to her mother's home together with her son. After six months the mother decided to let go of her son, and relocate towards Sao Paulo in search of the best life. But, as she's a cocky and driven woman she set out to be famous and wealthy. Andressa Urach describes in her book Morri Para Viver how she experienced the sexual assault she endured as a young child. The author was the victim from age 2 to eight of being abused by her adoptive grandfather. Andressa has been able to overcome of these issues due to the fact that her foster grandmother was able to witness the abuse and returned her to live in her home. Her mother was not conscious of the abuse she suffered until Andressa published the book. In interviews with her, this famous woman had achieved what would have been impossible for her prior to her spiritual conversion. That is, she's forgiven her abuser. My decision was one of the hardest decisions I've made in my entire life. I spoke to the person I was victimized sexually by. The decision wasn't easy. It wasn't an easy task. After many times of prayer and fasting days, I told me on the phone that I had forgiven him. I didn't feel guilty and asked his forgiveness. But I did ask forgiveness without justifying myself. Mariste Urach, in a piece for Globo, explains what she did when she was first informed of her daughter's sexual harassment. In an interview with Globo Mariste Urach shares what she did when she learned about the intimidation suffered from her child.
