American actress Alexandra Hetherington Breckenridge. She started her career as an actor in the teen-oriented films Big Fat Liar (2006) and She's the Man (2006). Then, she took on the character of reporter Willa McPherson on the series of FX Dirt. She also played an appearance in FX's short-lived series The Ex List. In the very first season she played the part of Moira O'Hara in the role of a young Moira and in the second season, she played Kaylee. She played Jessie Anderson's character in AMC's The Walking Dead. Sophie was the character she played in the NBC show This Is Us. She also voiced several characters in the animated series Family Guy. She is currently voiced by Melinda "Mel" Monroe who is a character from Netflix's series Virgin River. Breckenridge was a resident of Darien, Connecticut, until the age of 10 when she and her mom moved to California. They were able to move around for a year before finally settling in Mill Valley. Breckenridge started to be interested in acting, photography, and singing at age 13. She moved to Los Angeles with her mother when she was 15 years old, to pursue her acting career.
